If within the warranty period, Telesis A.S. receives from the customer a written notice of any defects in any of its products, Telesis A.S. asks the customer to fill out the Service and Repair Request Form. Using this form, Telesis A.S. can respond to service or repair requests of its customers fast and  effectively.
